This terms and conditions is an agreement between the site owners and the Advisors. By filling up and submitting the Advisors registration form, you are agreeing to follow all the rules stated in this terms and conditions.
You are therefore agreeing to the site’s Terms and Conditions upon registration. You are also agreeing that you are a site member and that the Member’s terms and conditions apply to you as well. You are also attesting that upon using this service, you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree to any of the sections in this agreement, do not fill up and do not submit the Advisor registration.

When permitted by law, Psychic Heroes, and Psychic Heroes’ suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Psychic Heroes, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).
In all cases, Psychic Heroes, and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. On the assumption that the law applicable does not allow limitation of liability, then, the maximum liability of Expert Corporation is up to the extent of money paid by the Advisor to the site operators within the last 6 months before the date of claim or $100 whichever smaller. Expert Corporation is not liable to any of the members that an Advisor goes into a transaction with, and you as an Advisor agree to that fully.
The Psychic Heroes website is a place wherein Advisors or Coaches can provide advice and consultations services to members for a fee. The site, however, maintains that there is no warranty on the services provided by the advisors to the members. The communication between the Advisor and the member is between the two parties and Expert Corporation is not involved in the transaction. Expert Corporation is not, in any way, party to any transaction of users of the site. The corporation assumes no responsibility for the Advisors service to the member. Furthermore, the Corporation encourages the Advisor to check on the member’s profile and account truthfulness before entering into a transaction with them.
Always and at all times, you as an Advisor must embody only what you possess in terms of skills, qualifications, credentials and expertise in your specific field. You will represent your skills, qualifications, credentials and expertise in a correct, honest, true and authentic manner. You will preserve your good reputation at all times, whatever the situation may bring.
You as an Advisor will agree that you:
The site operators are exercising all efforts to process the member’s credit card or PayPal account with the utmost care. The Advisor will receive their professional fees once their selected the appropriate option for withdrawal on the site. Processing times will be displayed at the time of withdrawal.
If there will be other fees to be deducted in the future, the Advisor will be notified by the site operators immediately. Should there be changes in fees, the change will be notified on the site and Advisor agrees to the change from the date of their first login on or after the date of the change.
A notice is required from an Advisor who wishes to terminate his account with Psychic Heroes. His notice must be sent thru fax or registered mail. Email is not valid and will not be accepted. Your personal account will be removed by the site operators within 30 days from notice. You can also deactivate your own account. Up until the termination of your account, all provisions in this agreement will stay in full effect.
The site contains intellectual property owned by Expert Corporation or its affiliates. The Advisor is not granted to use any of these intellectual properties at any event. The Advisor is also not allowed to assign, transfer or sell his membership account. The site and everything in it, including what the Advisors write, post or transfer within it, is owned by Expert Corporation.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any of your personal details will only be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy in any way please refrain from using our services.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:
The limits on our accountability to you will be effective if we or not, staff, our affiliates, our related entities or anyone else connected with us have been counselled of the likelihood of such damages or costs arising.
Nothing in scope of this User Agreement is envisioned to exclude or limit any liability where and to the degree that appropriate law disallows such rejection or restraint.
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, PSYCHIC HEROES, AND PSYCHIC HEROES’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PSYCHIC HEROES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, PSYCHIC HEROES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
In case any law or jurisdiction prohibits limitations outlined in this agreement or sets limits to these limitations, we reserve the right to request limitations to the maximum extend permit table by these laws.
This Agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of New York. If a dispute cannot be resolved then you and Psychic Heroes irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
The inaccuracy of any part of this agreement will not and shall not be thought to affect the legitimacy of any other part. In the event that any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, the parties agree that the left over provisions shall be considered to be in full force and effect as if they had been executed by both parties subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision
Titles are for reference purposes only and in no way limit, define, describe or construe the range or degree of such section.
Regarding coupons and promotions, the split is 50% for experts and 50% to the website as the fee. If you don't agree with the promotion (and split), please do not use this platform anymore. By continue, you are agreeing to new terms and conditions
We charge fees for certain services, which we may change from time to time and will update you by placing on our Website. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, discounts on memberships) or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Websites.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, customers, advisors, and users of the website agree and undertake not to charge fee higher than $5 with complimentary 3 minutes is to be given by the advisor.
