1. WHAT IS PSYCHIC HEROES?

Psychic Heroes is a platform where you can connect to gifted experts and online advisors from all over the world. We guarantee you anonymity and confidentiality, and our psychics can provide you clarity and insights about Love, Life, Relationship, Career, and more. For better experience, we highly suggest to download the Mobile App available on iOS (iPhone) and Android devices.

2. HOW CAN I SIGN-UP ON YOUR SITE?

Just click on REGISTER AS CUSTOMER. Enter your email address, password, and username.

3. I ALREADY SIGNED UP ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT I FORGOT MY LOGIN DETAILS, HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?

Click on Forgot Password then enter your email address. We will send a link to your email for password change, check on your inbox, junk, or spam folder then click the link to reset your password.

4. HOW CAN I GET MY Free Minutes?

After adding funds and selecting your advisor, click on CHAT NOW or CALL NOW button, once the session starts your free 3 minutes will be applied automatically. During the free minutes your advisor might ask for your details like your name and date of birth to be able to connect properly. If you do not wish to continue to a paid session simply hang up before your 3 minutes are up.

5. WHY DO I NEED TO ADD FUNDS PRIOR?

You will get Free Minutes for your first chat or call with each advisor. Having funds ensure them that you will be able to pay for their time after the free credits.

6. HOW CAN I ADD FUNDS?

You can add funds using your Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. Your information is sent to Psychic Heroes over a secure connection and encrypted to ensure your privacy. This information is neither accessible to the psychic nor to any other third party.

7. HOW DO I START A LIVE CHAT SESSION?

First, sign in to your account, then choose an advisor, then add funds ($10 or more), click the START button and wait for a few moments for your advisor to join the chat room.

8. HOW DO I START A PHONE READING SESSION?

Phone reading is only available for customers and experts via the Mobile App. You can download it here. After downloading the app and adding funds for the session, just select a Psychic and press CALL NOW button. Then just wait for your advisor to answer the call.

9. WHERE DO I FIND THE CHAT TRANSCRIPT?

You may view the chat transcript by going to MY ACCOUNT, then choose CHAT/PHONE HISTORY, on Account Activity, click on the Description by selecting the particular chat you want to review.

10. HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO DURING A CHAT READING?

Just click on the camera icon beside the chat window, then select the photo you want to upload.

11. HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?

You can leave a review to a psychic instantly after a reading or you can choose to read the chat transcript first and review the session soon after.

12. HOW CAN I RECEIVE YOUR PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS?

You need to opt-in to our email and SMS database to receive special offers and promotions that we are sending out regularly.

13. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT I WILL GET PSYCHIC HEROES’ EMAILS ON MY INBOX?

1. CAN I BE ONLINE AND GIVE READINGS VIA THE APP?

Yes. Our App is available in both Android and iOS devices. You need to have a dedicated phone number for Heroes and you need to make sure that the call will not be routed to your voice mail so you won’t miss any call.

2. HOW CAN I APPLY AS AN ADVISOR?

We are hiring experienced Phone Psychics all over the world. For further information, please send us an email at join@psychicheroes.com to confirm that the phone system is available in your country and we can schedule you for interview and testing.
